RSL UK
What is RSL?
RSL Awards is an internationally recognised UK music exam board for Rockschool and RSL Classical graded exams. Its programmes give students a clear pathway from beginner levels through Grade 8, with digital, live-streamed, and face-to-face assessment options.
- Rockschool: Contemporary graded exams for piano, guitar, bass, drums, vocals, ukulele, keyboard, and music production, built around modern repertoire and performance skills.
- RSL Classical: A classical pathway for selected instruments such as piano, violin, and guitar, supporting strong foundations in repertoire and technique.
- Soundskool role: Teachers guide students from grade selection and repertoire preparation to exam expectations and local recording sessions.
