He has taught at Soundskool for over 11 years, guiding students of all ages in different drumming styles. Experienced with the RSL syllabus from Debut to Grade 8, he helps students build technical skill, confidence, and a lasting passion for music.

Dmitry holds a diploma with honours from Russia's School of Arts, where he studied piano for seven years and guitar for three. He has won multiple competition prizes, accompanied various musicians, played in local bands, and completed a sound engineering course. Dmitry believes in making lessons fun and exciting.

Serdar was born in 1981 in Princess Islands, Istanbul, and began his music education with a neighbour who taught music. At 14 he studied with Turkish rock legend Ahmet Güvenç and later graduated from Sakarya Conservatory in 2006. For over 20 years he has taught guitar and ukulele at schools and institutions.

He graduated in drums from a music conservatory in France in 2010 and later moved to Cambodia, where he performed with top local and international bands, taught hundreds of students, and created his own drum curriculum.

A Paiste-certified percussion specialist trained in Los Angeles, he has over 30 years of teaching experience across private studios and schools, with credits spanning Broadway productions, commercial recordings, and published authorship.
