Soundskool Newsletter #48
|
A note from Gabi |
 | Gabi Founder & CEO, Soundskool |
Hello Soundskool Families, Students, and Followers! A quick update on our activities here at Soundskool — Our Summer Camp is in full swing. Our shorter summer term is only 8 weeks instead of 12, to align with the international schools. As a result, the Autumn term will be 15 weeks long (24 August, ending 20 December) — slightly longer than last year. Don’t forget that 31 July marks the closing of our scholarship applications — make sure you don’t miss it! Classical music lovers: the Classical Concert Series is now announced, with pianist Kenneth Hamilton starting 27 September at Raffles — click around to see all the events. And by the way, have you checked out our new website, thepianoshopcambodia.com? Let us know what you think! And don’t miss two great offers: - Acoustic pianos — up to $600 in lesson vouchers.
- 24 July–2 August — Early Bird voucher period, for the first 50 families!

Student spotlight |
Soundskool Day — Siem Reap. Our Siem Reap students took over the mall atrium for a day of live music — solo singers, bands, and beginners on stage for the first time — while families and passers-by gathered to cheer them on. A bright reminder of what our community looks like out loud. Fête de la Musique — Sofitel, Phnom Penh (21 June). For World Music Day we celebrated at Sofitel with performances, hands-on activities, and the Soundskool Superstars 2026 finale. Warm, busy, and full of music from start to finish. |
