- SoundsKool is not liable for costs of return.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from the store where you have made the purchase can be returned.
- Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
- Products showing any sign of damage may not be accepted.
There are some items that you cannot return or exchange
- Promotional Period or Discounted Products
- Free or Inclusive Products
- Store Gift Cards, Vouchers and Discount Cards
If you received free or promotional accessories with your purchase (ex: a free stool for your digital piano) those must be returned if you are returning your main purchase (ex: the digital piano).
Deposits, Transactions and Student Fees are non-refundable.
Deposits, down-payments and part-payments can be used to secure a specific product in our stores for a maximum of 14 days.
